If you are like many people, you have shoe boxes or photo albums filled with family pictures that need to be organized. One of the most enjoyable ways to deal with those pictures is to make a scrapbook album.

You can also hold or attend a home party where a consultant will teach you how to do a simple page and how to use the products her company sells. Do not think that you cannot make a scrapbook because you aren’t creative! The purpose of a scrapbook is to showcase your pictures and preserve your memories. They do not have to fancy and filled with embellishments unless you want to do yours that way.

You can make a scrapbook by yourself, with your children or hold a scrapbook party with friends, complete with snacks and beverages. Just be sure to keep food and drink away from the photos you are working with.
One of the easiest ways to do your scrapbook is to begin with your newest pictures where your memories are freshest and then work backwards. Get into the habit of putting pictures into your albums as soon as they are printed and be sure to date the pictures. As time permits, work on your older pictures and you will have them in albums before you know it!
